Another Cold Florida Morning, No Better Time to Do P90X.

It took a long time for me to appreciate yoga as a viable part of my workout program. P90X Yoga helps in every area of your physical health. Balance, endurance, strength, flexibility, and breathing. After most workouts I am drained, but after the yoga, I feel loose. I now (gulp!) look forward to the 1:31 minute yoga program.
