The Good News of Jesus Christ!

Tell me its true. Yes it is true, there is one who gave it all so you could have it all. His name is Jesus. In Gen 3:15 God tells the serpent the end of the story and sets up the greatest display of love ever to be.

God could not violate His own Word, and because of the treason Adam commited in the garden, the dominion over the earth was now in the hands of satan. There was a way that God would reconcile man unto Him, and it would come from a covenant He would cut with Abram in Gen 15. Abram believed God and He counted it to him for righteousness. He changed Abrams name to Abraham, which means “father of many nations”. Abraham was fully persuaded (Rom 4:21) what God had promised He was also able to perform.

In covenant, what one does for the other, must be recipricated and even done to a higher level. Abraham is asked to sacrifice his only son. God is obligated to sacrifice His only son and the clock is set for the messiah, the King of Kings, our redeemer, to now enter history. 42 generations of passing down this covenant, from Abraham to Issac, from Jacob to Joseph, and down the line through Jesse to David, and the stage was set for Mary. Remember back in Gen 3, God was going to put enmity between the serpent and the seed of a woman. When Mary says in Luke 1:38, “be it unto me according to your Word”, the final act that would change the course of the world forever was now activated through the faith of a virgin young women.

God, Himself would come down and become flesh and walk among us. This was the legal way for God to make a way for mankind to go back to the way it was in the garden before the fall. A man who commited no sin made sin for us, so we could be made righteous.(2 Cor 5:21) Jesus was put to death on a cross for our sins, for our sickness (1 Peter 2:24) and our poverty (2 Cor 8:9).

If that wasn’t enough, after he makes an open show of the devil, and gets back the keys to death, hell and the grave, he leads captivity, captive and ascends to the right hand of the Father. He calls us sons of God, and joint heirs together with Him, to rule and reign by one, Christ Jesus! (Col 2:10-15)

It has all been completed. The devil is a defeated foe. He has no power over a believer. His method is still the same. He will try to affect your mind with lies. He is under your feet. Mark 11:23, Math 18:18, Luke 10:19, John 15:7, make it very clear, that when we speak, things move, when spoken in the name of Jesus. What power we have! What responsibility we have!

If you don’t know the Lord Jesus, it is simple to have what I just described. Ask Jesus into your heart. Ask Him to forgive you for your sins. Tell Him He is your Lord and Savior. In Jesus name you are now saved!!. It is that easy. (Read Rom:10:9-10) What do you do now that you have received Jesus? Leave me a comment with your e-mail, I will help you find a church in your area. Your life will never be the same, for you will reign in life by one Christ Jesus!!!

Build on the Rock, and Know Who You Are.

To all who are in Christ, you are new creations! You have been fearfully and wonderfully made. You have been made in His image and His likeness. The authority that has been given to you is the authority of Jesus the Christ. We are joint heirs with Christ and we were designed to rule and reign on earth. The authority we have is released with our words. When spoken in faith, believing when we pray, we will have the same effect with the Word as Jesus had when He spoke. The greater works we will do.

All of creation waits, it travails for the sons of God to come forth. The time is now, now faith is needed, our communities and the world need us. Run through the camp and tell everybody “Get Ready”. This is not the time to waver, or stand double minded. For me and my house, we will serve the Lord. We put our trust in God, fully, uncompromised. We believe the prophets and know that we will prosper. We stand like trees planted by the rivers of water, and whatsoever we do shall prosper.

Above all, we love the Lord. We know likewise, that we owe no man anything, but to love them. This Christmas, do not undervalue, or fail to uderstand, the price Jesus paid for our restoration, and sonship.
It is my prayer that the eyes of your understanding be opened to this magnificant truth of God’s redemptive plan for you and the family of God!
